Meet your driver
After you land and collect your luggage, your driver guides you to the pickup point, helps with your bags, and takes you door-to-door.
Where we pick you up
For LAX arrivals, after you collect your luggage your driver or dispatcher sends the confirmed pickup instructions. Meet-and-greet service may be available by prior arrangement and is provided only when confirmed in writing. Please keep your phone available so your driver can coordinate with you.
Where we drop you off
Door-to-door service is based on the destination address and trip details confirmed in writing. Changes to the route or destination may affect availability and price.

Do you charge surge pricing?
We do not use rideshare-style dynamic surge pricing. Your written quote controls the booking, and changes to the route, time, stops, vehicle request, or other trip details may require a revised written quote.
Do you track my flight, and is there wait time?
When a flight number is provided, flight information may be used to coordinate the pickup. Any included waiting allowance and any additional waiting charge are confirmed in writing for your booking.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
The cancellation terms in your written booking confirmation or checkout control your reservation. Unless those written terms state otherwise, cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund; later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
How many passengers and bags fit?
Passenger and luggage capacity depends on the confirmed vehicle and trip details. Chevrolet Suburban service can accommodate up to 6 passengers depending on luggage; premium SUV requests are subject to written confirmation.
How far in advance should I book?
Advance booking is recommended, especially for peak travel dates. Availability, vehicle category, and driver assignment are confirmed in writing before service.
What areas do you serve?
We focus on LAX, Los Angeles, and Southern California. Longer-distance trips, including Las Vegas, may be available by custom quote and written confirmation.
How do I pay, and is it secure?

Do you provide child seats?
BookLaxDriver does not provide child seats or boosters. If one is required for your child, please bring an appropriate seat or booster and install it yourself before departure.
