• Pickup and drop-off locations
• Travel date, time, flight, passenger, and luggage details
• Vehicle preferences and special requests
• Messages exchanged about quotes and bookings

Do not submit card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, bank credentials, passwords, recovery codes, or other sensitive authentication information through website forms, WhatsApp, text messages, WeChat, email, or screenshots.

Payments

Payments are handled through secure hosted payment providers such as Stripe or Square. BookLaxDriver does not ask customers to send full payment-card details through ordinary messages or forms.
