We use your information to prepare quotes, confirm and provide your ride, track your flight, contact you about your booking, process payment, and meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

We share information only as needed to provide the service:
- Bókun — our booking and reservation system.
- Stripe / Square — to process payments securely.
- Viator / Tripadvisor — when you book through their platform.
- Your assigned driver — the trip details needed to complete your ride.
- Authorities or advisors — only where required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
Payment safety
For your protection, never send full card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, bank credentials, passwords, or recovery codes through website forms, WhatsApp, text message, WeChat, email, or screenshots. Pay only through our secure, hosted checkout.
Data retention
We keep booking records only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting, and tax requirements.
Your privacy rights
