All transportation requests are subject to dispatcher review and written confirmation. Website content and initial messages do not guarantee availability, vehicle type, route, pickup method, or final price.

Quotes and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after the customer has reviewed the route, vehicle category, price, deposit, waiting, cancellation, balance, and payment deadline terms; replied with written confirmation; completed any required payment or deposit; and received a final confirmation message.

Payments

Payments must be completed through an official hosted Stripe, Square, or other approved secure payment page. Customers should never send full card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, passwords, bank credentials, or recovery codes in ordinary messages or forms.

Trip Changes

Changes to time, route, stops, passenger count, luggage, vehicle needs, or flight details may affect availability and price and must be approved in writing.
