Never Send Card Details

• Do not send card numbers, security codes, bank credentials, passwords, or identity documents through WhatsApp, SMS, email, or a website message.
• Do not pay through a link that does not match the written quote and dispatcher conversation.
• Review the amount, currency, service details, deposit or balance terms, and cancellation terms before paying.
• Keep your payment receipt and final confirmation message.

When a Booking Is Confirmed

A quote alone does not guarantee availability. A ride is confirmed only after written customer approval, any required payment or deposit, driver assignment, and a final confirmation message from BookLaxDriver.
